Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University (it is more than just the 9 weeks)

With Dave Ramsey’s class Financial Peace University, you CAN take control of your money and start planning for your future.   It does not matter if you are age 20 or 70, this class is for you. 
Southport United Methodist Church will be offering the FPU class on Monday evenings from 6:45pm to 8:30pm starting on January 21st and ending on March 18th. 
There are now two membership options for people new to FPU.  Annual membership of $109 and a monthly membership $9.99/month PLUS a one-time activation fee of $69.   The membership includes the following:

Debt snowball tool and other resources
Member workbook for all nine lessons plus the e-book “The Complete Guide to Money” written by Dave Ramsey.

ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS

You may or may not know that in the past, Southport United Methodist Church has been able to offer a small scholarship to assist with college expenses.   The scholarship was made possible by some past members of SUMC:   Mary & Riley Lynch. We haven’t been able to offer the scholarship for a few years but are able to do so again. If you are interested or want more information, please contact Pastor Doug in the church office. Application deadline is July 15th, 2019.   A decision will be made at that time so there can be no applications accepted after that date.
